My Story
With over 20 years of experience in youth development, community engagement, and restorative practices, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and organizations build stronger relationships, resolve conflict, and create environments where people can thrive.
My journey has been shaped by a deep belief in the power of connection, the dignity of every person, and the possibility of lasting change when communities are given the tools, resources, and support they need.
